Athletes With Any Injury

If you're an athlete dealing with aches and pains that are keeping you from playing and performing the way you want to - and you're ready to finally close this injury chapter for good so that you can feel unstoppable again ...

I got you, too.

If you asked me

...

If you asked me what my favorite injury is to treat, I'd say knee injuries without hesitation. This is mostly because my own personal journey involves so many setbacks and triumphs related to knee injuries that I've developed a special type of compassion for helping other athletes rise above challenges related to their own knee injuries, too.

But the truth is I'm passionate about and skilled in helping all athletes get back on the field, the court, or in their running shoes again, because I know what a bummer it is to have to sit on the sidelines and I'm committed to getting you back to sport just as much as you.

Here's what you can expect when we work with each other

Undivided attention and dedicated listening ears that are always available to hear your thoughts, feelings, and questions. Feeling heard and seen in your vulnerable healing moments is a critical part of smooth recovery journey. I get that, and I'm here to support every part of your human-ness along the way.

Out-of-the-box problem-solving that doesn't stop when things get tough. I believe that options are always available... we might just have to think differently to see them. So when it seems like we're hitting a wall somewhere in your healing process, we pause, ask more questions, and put our heads together to come up with a solution that does work.

A healthy balance between manual therapy and exercise-based training (because BOTH are equally as important in your healing process). When your body is asking for attention through pain signals or stiffness, we'll honor that voice inside of you and give it what it needs, which is hands-on body work. But the key thing to know here is that the relief and new sense of freedom you feel in your body after manual therapy won't stick around if we don't get to the root of why the pain, stiffness, or funky movement pattern is happening in the first place. This is where neuromuscular retraining (NMR) through exercise-based training comes into play.

Unwavering commitment to getting you back to your favorite sport with athlete-based care and the fewest number of visits possible (while still ensuring a safe and sucessful recovery). Getting right to it, working with a PT who is and understands what it's like to be an athlete makes your healing journey more successful and enjoyable. I want to see you living your most joyful life doing the activites you love most, all while saving you as much time, money, and energy along the way.

How It Works

Discovery Call

Let's get to know each other over a 15-min phone call, during which you'll share your story, goals, and desired rehab experience. Together we'll decide if it feels like the right fit to establish care and get you on the schedule.

Start

Your first appointment at the clinic is your Initial Evaluation. I'll look at the way your body moves and feels, and I'll take baseline measurements to help us review your progress along the way.

Together we'll come up with a clear game plan that makes sense, feels manageable, and will help you to reach your goals.

Practice

Stay consistent with your work in the clinic and at home, ask questions, and advocate for yourself when something doesn't feel right.

Together we'll continuously fine-tune your support to help ensure a successful experience so that one day you can finally put this chapter behind you.

Finish

As much as I love spending time with you, it's my goal that you'll be able to get back to your super active and sporty life without me having to be a frequent visit on your schedule.

After lots of consistent and dedicated teamwork, we'll get you ready to live your life with unbreakable confidence in your body.
